SP-62

sp/62 is an existing ground floor residence, which came with a requirement of 2 additional floors on the top with different variants of occupancies, including rental and private and guest usage.

Client wanted us to make separate entrance for the rentals, to avoid any type of disturbance within the moment. A external staircase was introduced in the porch to combat the requirement and also keeping in mind the staircase not eating up all the porch space instead of concrete a compact metal finished with granite staircase was installed on site.

1st floor was divided into 3 sets of occupancy one 1bhk set always to be rented and 2 individual sets of rooms with attached washrooms. one of the individual room was placed such that is connected to the 1bhk set, so both sets could be put up of rent together. and the other set of room was left for the client connected with an separate internal staircase leading to ground floor.

2nd floor was consisted of an set of a single room with attached washroom for guest usage.
